As an influencer of thought, aka professional speaker, one must carefully parse their time: but where? We have social media, traditional marketing, selling, networking, content development, product development and so it goes...just too much. For me article writing is my saving grace. This discipline allows me a creative outlet while developing content. Once an article is written one can use it in a blog, for an electronic newsletter, post on one's web, share with editors...and so it goes...one idea, used in many mediums and formats.
ReplyDeleteWhen we are together Saturday, October 9, I'm going to share with you how I get most of my business--through article writing--something I've done somewhat regularly during my 20+ year career in professional speaking. Something that you can also do...somewhat easily.
If you are an emerging speaker, or a 30-year veteran...no matter...there will be something for you. Plan to do something to boost your career, or to reinvigorate it--plan on attending the FSA meeting on October 9. You will be pleased that you decided to attend.
